In-house Quality Inspection Team

That is why we maintain our own in-house quality inspection team, individuals in the industry whose expertise have given them an eye for understanding what makes good cabinetry and how to weed out fakes and phonies. From the selection of wood species to quality control, this team assures that we can proudly stand by our products whatever the circumstance.
Materials
CCC understands that choice of material sets the tone for the entire product. Unlike many corporate cabinetry suppliers, CCC products do not cut corners with their materials – CCC uses no particle board in our cabinets, only high-density fiberboard (HDF) paneling and medium-density fiberboard (MDF) interiors. These fiberboards are stronger than solid wood, more weatherproof, and adhere paint better for a smoother finish.
Construction
By using the best quality materials available, our cabinets can withstand the highest levels of
craftsmanship in order to ensure that they are durable, functional, and beautiful for years to come. Our
construction and assembly process include industry – leading techniques, such as:
1. Dovetail paneling assembly that assures a seamless connection from frame to body – no staples required
2. Hidden screws provide a cleaner look for eyes with an attention to detail
3. Soft closing drawer mechanism and slam resistant doors prevent damage to frame and doors.
Paint
Once constructed and nearing the end of assembly, our cabinets undergo a specialized painting process in order to assure that they receive an expertly crafted painting with only the best quality paint. Through our one-step powder coating process, our fiberboards receive a smooth, even finish that withstands time, sunlight, and water better than wet paint. It is through this process that our cabinet interiors match the exteriors exactly, giving the entire work a highly-polished veneer that is resistant to chips, scratches, stains and spills.
